SPECIAL: A Pink Play Party & Bondage Workshop. Collab with Queertied

June 8 @ 14:00 - 22:00 CEST

Pink Play Party

Are you looking for a place that is held with integrity, that is inclusive and welcoming, yet where you can play with your sensual fantasies and desires, and tantric meditations – or just come for an organic cup of tea and chocolate?

Don’t look any further. This is the Pink Play Party as created by Exploring Deeper, a day of sensual, luscious exploration in an all-embracing environment of like-minded people!

During this Play Party, we invite sensual and erotic interactions, but there will be no sexual intercourse of any kind. Underpants stay on. We invite you to explore your sensuality in creative ways!

This day includes opportunities to:
. take part in a sweet workshop
. practice impeccable consent and play with the B-SMART tool for safer intimacy
. experience your Inner Navigation System and how it tells you what to do
. have an amazing day out, dress up, flirt, dance, cuddle, massage, play – or whatever suits your mood. We are equally friendly towards vanilla, tantric, and kinky folks, the sexy $luts and the shy ones, the introverts and the extravagance.
. get to know amazing like-minded people in the best way! We usually host a very diverse crowd that is of mixed ages, gender, experience levels, and backgrounds.

TL:DR / MOST IMPORTANT NOTES
➤ This event is a wonderful first play party to go to, ánd we recommend at least some experience in touch-centered workshops, like cuddle workshops, tantra, etc.
➤ Be aware that these spaces zoom in on your ease & challenges. You need to be comfortable with that.

➤ For the workshop we ask you to bring your own rope (we will have a few spare ones for those who forget)
➤ We will send you an email with practical information a few days before the event. make sure to sign up with your most used email address (when you have unsubscribed from our newsletter, our emails can’t reach you).

***************************

This is an event covering the afternoon ánd evening. During the afternoon there’s a workshop given by given by Queertied with an intro by Wilrieke. The evening consists of a freeflow play party where you can design your own sweet, sensual, or other experience, maybe inspired by the wide range of toys and tools we provide (sponsored by the amazing Tailboneshop!).

FOR WHO IS THIS EVENT?
This event welcomes folks from all walks of life. We are LGBTQIIA+ informed (Wilrieke and most of their team identify as such), slut-friendly, trauma-informed, and non-monogamy informed. White folks are overrepresented in our team and life experiences are colored through that lens. We do come from different social backgrounds and have different life experiences when it comes to health, wealth, neurodiversity, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
We welcome people with specific needs as much as able-bodied folks. Feel free to reach out if you have specific needs that you wish to share with us.

WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE
The doors open half an hour before the starting time. Make sure to be on time! Once we have started we cannot let latecomers in!

During the opening circle, Wilrieke will welcome you all. We will start with exercises to land, get to know each other, and learn to notice what our desires and boundaries are today (the more often you do these exercises, the better you get at them!). The workshop is explained in more detail below.

After the workshop, there is a break with home-brought food and time to prepare for the play party. The play party starts with an optional explanation about play party etiquette and the toys, tools, and materials we brought (recommended for everyone new to our play parties). The play party starts with dancing and some exercises to smoothly transition to the freeflow part of the event. Half an hour before the event ends, we gather in a closing circle.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

Queertied strives for an inclusive setting that celebrates the diversity of our bodies through the deeply intimate and creative practice of rope play and bondage. In this workshop, you’re invited to take your very first steps in learning Japanese-inspired rope bondage within a setting that’s particularly designed for LGBTQIA+ and friends.
This workshop is designed for absolute beginners with little or no prior knowledge about shibari and kinbaku (a.k.a. Japanese rope bondage). Asa (they/them) and Kai (he/him) will teach you all about the basics of tying and being tied; how to develop your skills; build muscle memory; and find creativity and intimacy on your rope journey.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not have rental ropes, so we encourage people to bring their own (natural fibre) ropes. Ropes can be bought on location but tend to sell out quickly. Why not be clever and buy your ropes upfront 😉 Our advice for starters is to buy 3 (jute) ropes of 8 meters here: https://bit.ly/3xI18yy

Note: if you come with a partner, you are, as always, welcome to stay together.

ABOUT THE PLAY PARTY
The play party starts with optional safer sex and play party etiquette talk for those who are new – or just as a reminder. There’s space for you to ask your questions.

We slowly start the program with dancing and some exercises again. This transitions into a free flow where you design your own experience. The team and I are available for support and inspiration – or a chat at the bar.
You can bring your own toys if you want, or try out some of our extensive spread of toys, safer sex materials, and more.

This event is NOT for you if:
. you are not willing to accept another person’s ‘no’
. this is an event for people with at least some experience in s-positive spaces, and/or workshops on topics like tantra, kink, BDSM, cuddling, or other forms of intimacy.
. we actively stand for inclusion. This means that in the event no racism, discrimination, misogyny, ableism, or shaming of bodies, sexualities, gender etc are tolerated. If this is something you cannot commit to, this is not your community.
. we accept all political viewpoints and personal opinions, but we also actively stand against the spread of misinformation and disinformation. If you are looking for places to share your viewpoints on vaccine shedding, this is not your community.
. you are looking for easy sex. You won’t find it here.

ACCESSIBILITY

This workshop space is called Awananda. Mind that Play Utrecht also gives workshops in the same building and hallway. Awananda is behind the double doors. The elevators in this building are out of function – the owner won’t fix this to our regret. There are stairs to enter the building. On the ground floor is an all-access bathroom. The workshop is on the first floor. There are two stairs to get there. There are several bathrooms on the first floor (no all-access bathrooms), and a kitchen with lunch facilities, including a fridge and a microwave. There are mattresses in the workshop space. There is no shower.
