This is Tantra for Every Body — a modern, inclusive flavor of neo-Tantra welcoming all genders, bodies, and backgrounds. Rooted in ancient wisdom yet updated with trauma-informed, consent-based practices, this evening explores pleasure, presence, and human connection.
Whether you are new to Tantra or have practiced for years, this workshop offers a safe, playful, non-dogmatic space for exploration.

In this queer-centered and straight-friendly workshop, we’ll cover:

🧘 Meditations drawn from traditional Tantra and modern neo-Tantra
🤝 Consent practices & conscious touch
🪄 Ritual creation rooted in personal meaning rather than cultural appropriation
🕺 Embodied practices including movement, breathwork, enquiry, and cuddle elements
💗 Exercises solo, in pairs, and in groups — with full permission to witness or sit out at any moment

Sex & intimacy educator, (TEDx) speaker, advisor & coach for creative makers and scientists, author, and founder of Exploring Deeper and Cuddle Workshops International.
Wilrieke’s work focuses on empowerment through self-knowledge, radical self-inclusion, trauma awareness, and neuroscience-informed practices woven into experiential spaces. They champion boundaries, consent, and embodied play as foundations for healthy connection.

Our workshops are LGBTQIA+ informed, trauma-aware, body-positive, and neurodiversity-welcoming. Partnering is never based on (assumed) gender. You are welcome to come solo, with friends, or with partners — and stay together or explore with others, always with choice.
👩🦽 ACCESSIBILITY
The workshop venue, Awananda, is on the first floor with stairs (no elevator available). There is an all-access bathroom on the ground floor and regular bathrooms on the workshop floor. No shower is available.
