⚠️ This workshop has requirements:
❗ you have been to at least THREE RED EVENTS (play parties or weekends including a red play party) of Wilrieke Sophia
*OR* you have been to 3+ s+ events AND one red play party by Wilrieke (so you have been at least to one of Wilrieke’s Red Play Parties either way)

❗ *AND* You feel comfortable enough and can hold yourself well in explicit s+ spaces. You know play party etiquette, know how to use s+ barriers, have very good communication both with potential partner(s) at home or in the space, and with folks you play with.
❗ *AND* you understand this specific event has a short-held workshop, and longer freeflow space where you are responsible for your experience.
❗ *AND* you are kind and like spaces where queer folks are present.

👉 There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these agreements — please don’t ask 🙏. We will ask questions when you buy your ticket and check your answers. If you do not meet the criteria, you cannot join the event and no refund will be given.

Are you looking for a place that is held with integrity, that is inclusive and welcoming, yet where you can play with your sexy fantasies, kinky desires, and tantric meditations – or just come for an organic cup of tea and chocolate?
Don’t look any further. This is a Temple Night, or the Red Play Party as created by Exploring Deeper: a day of sensual, luscious exploration in an all-embracing environment of like-minded people!

FOR WHO IS THIS EVENT?
This event welcomes folks from all walks of life. We are LGBTQIIA+ informed (Wilrieke and most of their team identify as such), slut-friendly, trauma-informed, and non-monogamy informed. White folks are overrepresented in our team and life experiences are colored through that lens. We do come from different social backgrounds and have different life experiences when it comes to health, wealth, neurodiversity, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
We welcome people with specific needs as much as able-bodied folks. Feel free to reach out if you have specific needs that you wish to share with us.

WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE
The doors open half an hour before the starting time. Make sure to be on time! Once we have started we cannot let latecomers in!

The day starts with an opening circle. There are some icebreaker games to land in the space and with the group. This transitions quite fast into a workshop of 1-1,5hr that focuses on connection and touch. You get the opportunity to design the flavor: whether that’s sexy right from the start, cozy, platonic, sensual, … you create it!

The workshop flows into an open play space. We ask you all to bring vegetarian/vegan dinner to share, so we can build a buffet-style table where you can have a bite whenever you want to pause your play. No official dinner break = even more time to play!

The team and I are available for support and inspiration – or a chat at the bar. You can bring your own toys if you want, or try out some of our extensive spread of toys, safer sex materials, and more.

THIS PLAY PARTY IS FOR YOU IF:

✔️ You meet the requirements
✔️ You are sensually, erotically, and emotionally savvy enough to play nicely with others.
✔️ You share well, take care of toys, and communicate clearly.
✔️ You know your wants and boundaries, or you’re willing to explore them.
✔️ You treat yourself and others with respect and kindness.
✔️ You want to come even if you do not plan to play — you are welcome to simply enjoy the atmosphere with no pressure at all.
✔️ You bring a warm, caring, open-minded, generous, thoughtful, compassionate, non-judgmental attitude and conduct yourself with the highest level of integrity.
✔️ You want to relax, smooch, play, or watch (voyeurism counts as participation!).

All genders, bodies, and orientations are welcome. There are no expectations or requirements — this is a space for expression, celebration, and exploration. You are welcome exactly as you are, right now.

THIS EVENT IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

🚫 You are not willing to accept another person’s “no”
🚫 You have no experience in s-positive spaces or workshops about tantra, kink, BDSM, cuddling, or other forms of intimacy — and you feel uncomfortable around unclothed people or explicit activity in the space (feel free to message Wilrieke if you’re unsure whether this is for you).
🚫 You cannot commit to respecting inclusion: no racism, discrimination, misogyny, ableism, or shaming of bodies, sexualities, genders, etc., will be tolerated.
🚫 You are looking for “easy sex” — you will not find it here.
🚫 You are not okay with our commitment against misinformation and disinformation.

👋 ABOUT WILRIEKE SOPHIA
Wilrieke Sophia (they/them) is a sex & intimacy educator, (TEDx) speaker, advisor & coach for creative makers and scientists, author, and founder of Exploring Deeper and Cuddle Workshops International.

The main focus of their work is empowerment through self-knowledge and understanding, radical self-inclusion, the embodied experiencing of boundaries and desires, and an extensive practice of consent – all based on a foundation of trauma awareness and neuroscience, embedded in experiential spaces based on interpersonal connective practices. They collaborate with artists and scientists, and are a supervisor and mentor.

With their project Red Flags in Workshops, Wilrieke creates free materials on e.g. accountability, abuse, and power dynamics in the intimacy and wellness communities.

Bakvis was born out of desire. She bought a ticket to his party. He gave her the night.

What started with a glance ended in a mix of bodies, beats, and love. Now they merge behind the turntables — lovers in life and in sound. Their sets are a foreplay of sound: Slowly building, softly caressing, then pulsing, raw, and ending in ecstasy. From deep basslines to electrifying melodies — Bakvis plays with desire and makes the floor moan with pleasure.

SOME PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The week before the event, you will receive an email with detailed information for the day, including the address and what to bring. Make sure you sign up with the email address that you use. Check your spam filter if you did not receive an email seven days before the event (if you have unsubscribed from our newsletter, these emails cannot reach you!).

♿ ACCESSIBILITY
This workshop space is called Awananda. The elevators in this building are out of order – the owner won’t fix this to our regret. There are stairs to enter the building. On the ground floor is an all-access bathroom. The workshop is on the first floor. There are two stairs to get there. There are several bathrooms on the first floor (no all-access bathrooms), and a small kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. There are mattresses in the workshop space. There is no shower.
