We have all grown up amidst pop sings and fairy tales that are all about love. But the things is, many of them are not about healthy love, but codependency and toxic relationships. Let’s debunk some of them!

Took me a couple of deep breaths and practice rounds to get this one going without falling over the words! It’s a waterfall of extreme descriptions about sex. Nothing wrong with that! Except that it can be a mechanism to stay away from vulnerability and pretend confidence and invulnerability. To have healthy and nourishing relationships, a certain degree of vulnerability is a key ingredient though.
