B-SMART for Safer Intimacy
This tool is created to help you have safer intimate interactions. What information might be good to have on the table before diving in?
I created the abbreviation B-SMART as it speaks to all the elements of information that I wish to have before playing sensually or sexually with someone. When do I have this talk? At least before any undies come of!
Many people express that having ‘the talk’ feels awkward and interrupting. But when I let folks practice in my workshops these are the usual responses: ‘This is so much fun!’, ‘Gosh, I feel so inspired.’ ‘This wasn’t awkward, this was hella sexy!’ And the one I hear most: ‘I feel so much safer now.’ And sexy times are much more fun when everyone involved feels safe!
